I spent two days at my Honda dealer, and they can't find the cause of why the instrument panel lights go from the highest setting for brightness to dim. The miles per hour dial dims, and the center showing the kilometer miles per hour goes off completely. This happens when I am driving for about 15 minutes, and then it can come back to normal.

Since this is intermittent, it is hard to find. I am worried when I drive at night if the whole instrument panel lights will go off, and not come back on.

When my vehicle was parked in my garage, I took these photos. When I turn, the key to the third position you can see all of the panel lights in their brightest setting. I then took a photo to show what happens when I am driving; the panel gets very dim and I loose the kph readings.

Does anyone have any clues about this problem?`

A grounding issue? You're clearly losing voltage somewhere along the way... I would start with the dimmer switch for the instrument lights and work backwards from there to the fuse box...
