2008 LX - Steering Wheel Vibration During Braking

2008 LX, 23k - Steering Wheel Vibration During Braking, this vibration happens at 50MI to 65Mi speed. Please sugest me, Is this caused by warped rotors ? any one experienced.

Had the same last month, went away after changing all rotors and pads. :-/
