2010 Odyssey cylinder 1 misfire

I would swap coil packs first, and see if the misfire follows the coil pack. If it doesn't, then pull the plugs and if there is no obvious damage, swap those on two cylinders and see if the misfire follows the plug (I'd say that's unlikely if the plugs are new - that being said, if you used NGK plugs, there are a lot of counterfeits floating around on Amazon and eBay that are junk) - if it still stays on cylinder 1, the next thing to check is the injector - swap those between two cylinders and see if it follows the injector.

On our 05 we had several things cause misfires - one was a pin fitment issue - the tab inside the socket had bent up somehow and it wasn't making good contact (that fixed it, but I didn't find that until after doing the switcheroo with everything else - if you get to the injectors doing that, do yourself a favor and pick up new upper and lower o-rings for all 6 injectors and just swap them all out - it's less annoying if you buy them before the job instead of what I did getting the van all apart, then realizing I ought to do that and sending someone out to pick them up for me) - the second time it was a bad coilpack (replaced with one from NAPA and all was fine up until we got rid of the van) - the van had more than a couple miles on it when the coil pack went (263k)
