Part of the PDI Procedures is doing the checklist in the Service History booklet. Does anyone have the link to a 2011 PDF for this?

NOTE: Make sure you also complete the PDI checklist in the front section of the vehicle’s Service History booklet. The PDI procedure is not finished until this bulletin and the PDI checklist are both completed.​

In the Service History Booklet, the first page is the Pre-Delivery Inspection. Is this inspection done at the dealership or are they refering to the factory?

Also, can anyone confirm whether or not that page and the followeing 4 pages were already checked off (a date prior to your purchase)?
