I have installed DDM Tuning HID kit on my 2009 Civic LX. There is a huge difference in the kit IMO. This one shipped directly from China. Though the ballast is a bit smaller, there are now 2 parts instead of one. I'll post the lighting output pic tonight when it is dark.

Tools Used
flathead screwdriver
pair of Nitrile gloves
3M double sided tape.

These are the boxes it came in. These boxes were inside a normal brown cardboard box.

The air intake that required a flathead screwdriver to remove the plugs.

hwlcd and mnm2008 - I have had nothing but good luck with DDM's products, and they have always taken care of me when I needed a produt repaced or warranty issues. Have had them in all three of our vehicles (Our Oddysey, GX470, and 530i).

Good luck!

I can see them just fine... I am the OP so... let me know if it isn't working for anyone else. I posted on my flickr under public so you should be able to see it no problem.

I had 6k HID's put on my 2011 odyssey but it seems like its not even as bright as the stocks. Color is nice and all but i feel it was brighter before.
It was not from DDM.
Is this the case for you as well or do I need to just buy from DDM?

Keep in mind that the higher the color temperature in Kelvins, the the less useable light output. The wiring harnesses are able to handle at least the amperage for 55 watts. What i did was use 55 watts D2S HID systems from DDM, but also used a wiring harness to ensure proper power supply to the ballasts for the headlights. The light output of the 55 watts more than makes up for the silght loss of light in the 6000K. Hope this helps. I went with a 35 watt DDM digital for the fogs and aimed the light housings a bit lower to not only reduce glare but to intensify the light onto the fron of the car.

So I see this kit does not have "relays" that wires directly to the battery - I've read somewhere that not having it may cause risk to fry the current wire hardness from the higher current draw - how has this kit been performing?

The glow on the road immediately surrounding the front of the car is bright, so bright you don't really need fogs. I'll have to agree, the higher the kelvins, the less usable light as the straight beam doesn't go that far down the road as before. I wonder if I should go back to OEM flavor (4300k)?

Just making sure - did you have to get any additional hardness or error eliminators? or just the 35W kit? I'm gonna attempt the same exact setup. It's gotta be brighter than what I've got right now stock...
No other harness or Error eliminators are required for the Odyssey, just plug-n-play.
35W HID is pretty bright enough and the 55W HID runs alot hotter & higher Amperage and might fry the stock wiring, just fyi....

If you plan getting the 55w HID's then better get the relay harness as a pre-cautions.

Just got a 2012 Odyssey last night and already registered in a Forum. I did a couple HID installs but BRAND new to Honda. I was thinking getting DDM 35W 5000K. I usually get 5000K, not sure if I should go 4500K? So I guess nothing is required, no error eliminator from what I read here.
I will probably order right now. Is it H11, right?
