I searched the forum but did not find an answer to this question. Are any of the software updates that might apply to my vehicle a DIY item or do all of them have to be done by a dealer, or is it a mixture of both? My 2015 EX-L has never been to a Honda dealer that I know of. I bought it in 2016. I know there's a TSB for a software update for torque converter shudder resolution that I've never gotten done, for example.

Can you help me identify which software updates might be DIY, like head unit versus transmission control module versus engine control module, etc? I don't mind paying a dealer if there's no other option but I'm trying not to pay them anymore than I have to.
