2018 Driver Sliding Door - Center Rail Bracket Inspection?

Hi all, got a 2018 EX-L with the passenger door starting/stopping/display error, etc, etc.

Searched a lot on here and I've learned more about what I SHOULD have done first. But that's not where I am in the...let's call it the process. The process involves lots of swearing, rage and hurt feelings from my 2010 Ody sliding door failure. Step 1 should probably have been therapy.

My door is currently detached from the lower forward rail bracket and from the rear center bracket. Long story short, the door was slightly out of alignment, the rear latch got pinched sideways and stuck closed. Like HARD stuck closed. All the plastic panels are off, and detaching the lower forward rail bracket allowed me to pop the rear striker out of the rear latch and get the door unstuck.

I'm going to re-mount the door, do the alignment checks, get the door back in place manually, then try the system reset. BUT, the center rail bracket that is attached to the cables seems really loose. It can be moved up and down 3-4" and hangs against the quarter panel like it's loose. Is it shot? Do the roller bearings need replaced?

ALRIGHT! found the current culprit. The front sliding door latch is jammed in facing upwards, not allowing the striker loop in at all. I pulled the striker loop off and everything slid into place. I'm messing around with it, but I thibnk I'll have to replace it. Yeah?
