I'm looking for a good 4 channel amplifier. It needs to be under $200 and has to fit under the driver's seat (maximum 13"x11").

I would like to know some of your opinions on the following amps. Opinions on other kinds of 4 ch. amps are welcomed too. Also, I'm rather a newbie when it comes to mobile sound system upgrades - so please, try to keep you explanations simple
.

-------------------------------
Kenwood KAC-748 - Really like the look. Size is okay. Reliable brand. Decent output.

Rockford Fosgate Punch 200a4 - Looks okay. Very good size. Brand has a very good reputation. Power not as strong as others. Also found it at a real low price at autotoys.com

Profile California 640SX - Higher output for it's price range. Don't know much about the brand.

Pioneer GM-X354 - Don't care much for the yellow (although doesn't really matter). Good output. Cost less some of the others. Brand also has good reputation.

I'd go the the Fosgate first for quality and experience in amplifiers. It's a toss up between the Kenwood and Pioneer depending on what features you like better. I've seen people with Profile amps an they seemed happy with them but Profile is just not one of the major names in high end car audio. This is just my opinion.
I just scanned some of the other amps from Crutchfield and noticed the MTX amp. They're clean and powerful for their output ratings.
You should consider the MTX Road Thunder RT4240 amp as the best buy for under $200 and I believe falls within the dimensions you asked for.
