'99 LX: Outward Dents On Sliding Doors

Noticed little outward ping dents on rear side doors (manuals). Dealer said this is from "hipping" the door closed when it does not close completely. Anyone else experience this? Dealer said Honda would fix it once for free since I am now on notice.
