I always try to keep my van spotless. But run it down a clean paved street, and the rear is filthy. The remedy is used Bounce fabric softener sheets, I have a stack that I wipe on the cleaned rear and its like majic. I just took the family on a trip to L.A. and when we got there the window was clean, the bumber is another story.
I hope it works for everyone else.

Really? I'll have to try that (the rear window is absolutely disgusting!).

So you just clean the window and then wipe the Bounce all over it?

Yep
But they have to be the used ones from the dryer. the ones straight from the box smear the windows. I just did my wheels to see if it helps them too.

Good thing you mentioned that they have to be from the dryer, I woulda used a fresh one.

Our wheels are chromed so they don't really show dirt, but it couldn't hurt.

This is a great detailing "trick." Works great on the inside of windows too (actually, that's the ONLY place I've ever used it until this post...)

I've been thinking about this thread since it first arrived at OdyClub...

I want to make sure I get it right: A used Bounce sheet and you just rub it over the window? Do you spray it down first or just wipe it when it's dry?

Sorry for my ignorance...

Hi:D

This is great. Not only did I get a great tip, but I finally figured out what this smiles thing is (see link at bottom of page.)

Have my Ody for 6 days, can't get enough of it, first car I had to fight with my wife to drive.

Thanks for the tip, looking forward to finding more.
