My 2000 Ody transmission mounts sheared in half, changed them and it’s better, but still makes a bit of noise rev to drive and drive to rev. Still on my original motor mounts at 257,000 miles.

I agree that in colder weather, it makes more noise until the transmission warms up. Looking at the motor mounts, how does one tell if their worn out without putting the van on a hoist.
I Have a set ready to go in, but the front lower one doesn’t look worn.
The rear one is a bugger to see and the one by the power steering pump looks brand new.
They are all Honda mounts, and the ones on the shelf are knock offs/aftermarket.

How easy or difficult was replacing transmission mounts? Any writeups or video you recommend? Thanks

Super easy, take off the front drivers tire
Put a jack stand under the drivers door jack location.
Move your jack under the transmission, lightly put pressure from the jack under the transmission.
Remove the bolts and nuts from one transmission mount, jack up a bit more if required.
Loosen the other mount if you need a bit more play.
Replace the mount, install bolts finger tight, leave a bit of play too.
Change out the other mount and torque down the bolts.
Your done
