AC Outlet not working

Can anyone help. The 3rd row power outlet in my Honda Odyssey 2007 is not working.

Did you check the fuses?

Driver's under dash fuse #30 (10A) or Auxiliary under hood fuse #6 (20A):

I checked the driver's under dash fuse. Here is a picture.

What about the under hood fuse? It is SMALLER box next to the larger main fuse box.
