My 2007 odyssey audio somehow is way louder in the rear speakers than front.

When I ride with my kids in the back I want to be careful how loud it is at the back. A respectable volume level in the back however means the front volume level is too faint for me to enjoy any music. If I turn it up, it can get ear shattering in the back.

How can I control the balance? I see nothing on the controls, nor on the manual. I have EX trim which is pretty basic.

Is this how Honda intended it to be, or is something wrong or controllable in my system?

Well, do you have an owners manual? It will tell how to adjust the fader (front/rear balance).

I believe its the center knob (our Odyssey is not here and I don't drive it much). Push it and you'll be able to adjust the bass, treble, balance and fader. Each time you push it, it will switch between these. Then turn the knob to adjust.

Hope that helps.

Yes, 'fader' that was the correct keyword. I had looked at the manual before but I was looking for things like balance. Now I found it and adjusted; everything's perfect now!

Thanks a ton.
