I picked up some Acura wheels and tires. They were taken off and stored in a garage since the original owner put custom wheels on their MDX (immediately after purchase). This now allows me to keep my studded snows mounted on the Honda factory alloys.
I thought I would post a few pics as my experience is different than others on this site. I have not experienced any rubbing with the MDX tires 255/55/18. I loaded the van and attempted to get it to rub (speed bumps, inclined driveways, etc) and no rubbing.
For now I'm going to keep the tires. The only reason I may change to a narrower and shorter tire (similar to stock) is if the fuel mileage is affected too much. So far we have gotten 21, 20 and 19 mpg on the first 3 tanks since mounting the tires and wheels.
