Some years ago it was recommended to add a quart of Isopropyl alcohol every year or two when refueling.

The idea was the alcohol would mix with any water in the tank (from condensation) and allow it to be burned along with the gas.

I have a feeling that modern fuels do this automatically now because they contain up to 10% alcolhol/ethanol... etc....

Anyone have any info on this?
