Thought I'd share a few snaps of the build, it's a 1997 Odyssey 1st gen. I know many of you newer odyssey owners probably never go in the 1st gen section but maybe this might inspire you to build your newer one up! Some highlights by Air Runner Suspension, Garson DAD & Ambitionz Body Shop

Air suspension installed. Still need work to get the rear lower, the rear shock tower is actually resting ON the wheel so I will have to cut some of the interior metal away.

13 weeks of labor thus far on the body:

12 layer paint job.

Finished the paint work - No overspray, No Tape lines, No orange peel.
Shaved Antenna

Shaved Rear Wiper Arm
Shaved Emblems

The JDM RA6 Tailgate conversion looks factory and perfect!!! As well, the Lexus LS460 Exhaust conversion looks factory and will be functional.

Assembly going good on the Garson body kit...VIP Style here we go

My OE Big Brake Kit is now complete:

- Acura RL Power Slot 11.8" Drilled/Slotted Rotors
- Acura Legend v6 Dual-Piston Calipers - Custom Teal Green
- Acura RL Caliper Brackets - Custom Bright Silver
- Acura Legend v6 Power Slot Ceramic brake pads
- Apex Stainless brake lines

This setup should provide a much improved braking performance for this van.

Stock-ish blah blah..Single piston, poorly ventilated, rust corrosion.

Stock rotor v.s. 11.8" acura RL rotor

And getting the seats back from the upholstery shop. These seats look and fit better than the originals. They also added in extra foam to the seats, and did the perimeter in french stitching

Back from WekFest Dallas 2011.

Odyssey awarded Best Import - First Place! There were about 400 cars at the show.

There's still lots more to do on this project before sema show!

We displayed the van in the Air Runner booth at WekFest / FatLace Show, and it was awarded BEST IMPORT First Place!

H23 valve train & camshafts coming apart. Next is pulling the head & off to the machine shop.

The engine given it's age, is actually pretty clean inside. Most of the gaskets were still good when I pulled it, but those will all be replaced for the re-build.

JDM H22A VTEC Head after hot tank, resurfacing, valve seats cut and SuperTech Flat Valves installed...

Small time update, been too busy at the shop to do much lately...Switching out everything to Purple for this year....(what a task)

In the process of building a custom modified ARC Magic intake for my Odyssey...Custom made purple dual-layer air filter w/ logo, fully polished air box and chamber (not pictured)...Oh, and special ordered samco purple couplers..


I had to have the foam filter custom made, about 100 pieces made just to get 1 for myself LOL...Gotta pay to play I guess.


Also on special order, samco purple radiator hose kit, and vacuum lines to match. Stay tuned!
