Just installed my fog lights today in my wife's '01 Ody. Next, night fell, and I looked in my Helm Manual for how these things are supposed to be ajdusted. Now, the installation instructions show how, but what I want is to what spacification. For one, the left one seems to be a bit more down than the right.

Bu what's the best setting for the best illumination in the fog?

I just pulled about 15 feet from my garage door with the headlights and the foglights both turned on. Then adjusted the fogs so the patterns were even with each other and well below the headlamp pattern.

Lastly, I had my son drive toward me from about a block away and I squatted down close to the road to see where the "hotspots" were for the fogs to make sure they were low enough not to blind oncoming drivers.

I'm sure there's a specification somewhere, but this worked just fine.

If I remember correctly, PIAA says the hot spot should hit the road 20-25 feet in front of the vehicle. Level road, obviously.
