I was polishing the headlight of my wife's 2001 Odyssey when I noticed the amber turn signal lens was loose inside the headlight assembly. Is there some way to set the amber lens back where it belongs or am I resigned to replace the entire headlight assembly? I almost replaced the the headlight assemblies a couple years ago when they were so cloudy she could hardly see. That's when I found Meguires Headlight Restoration kit. Saved me a lot of effort at that time. I do not know if I am so lucky this time.

Take off the headlight assembly and bake them for a few minutes to soften the seal and pry them open. Then you can attach back the amber reflector.

Or more specific instructions, set the over to 200*F place teh headlight, with all screws and hardware removed in for 7-10 min., take it out and pry the headlight apart. Now you can reposition the reflector. Once done re-bake the headlight so soften up the glue again and then put it back together.

I've got the process memorized, I've had to bake my Scion's headlights about 10 times as I've changed things in them.
