Hello ODYCLUB. My first post with of course a problem. About a month ago, our 05 would not start one morning without any symptoms. No solenoid chattering, etc. Just wouldn't start. Jump start did nothing. After about 4-hours, it started up. No problems until today about one month later. Battery is fine, lights strong and do not dim at all when trying to start. Fuses are all fine. I tried some of the remedies found here without any luck. VIN is outside those listed in the fuel pump and fuse box TSB. Who knows; maybe tomorrow it will start. Anyway, any other ideas about this issue.

You need to clarify won't start. Does the engine turn over and not start or does the starter motor not turn at all.

The engine does not turn over. No solenoid sound. No starter motor turning, Nothing but silence. I have been trying it every few hours...still nothing. Luckily it happened while the van was in our driveway and not at some store or along the road. If nothing changes, I will have to have it towed to my mechanic...

bw03, Good call. At the very least, I have to rule out the starter. Now if it is accessible. Any one ever attempt to find and work on the starter on their Ody? Haven't had time to crawl under it yet.
