in an article on smartmoney.com website referring to auto insurance, they note that getting additional coverage for auto glass may be worthwhile. by this they mean having the glass coverage as a zero deductible "rider" apart from the usual comprehensive (which has the usual $500 or $1000 deductible). anyway, they say auto glass is very expensive; nevertheless, I am a car newbie and don't know how expensive they mean. anybody out there familiar with auto glass prices who would be willing to comment whether $110 per year extra would be worthwhile for zero deductible auto glass coverage for two cars ('98 Camry and 2002 Ody)?
