None of the Honda vehicles are prewired. Any aftermarket or factory changer will plug into the back of the radio, you will then need to run a cable to the changer location. This may involve running it down the door sills etc.
I install compatible OEM changers (not factory branded units). Although I haven't installed a OEM changer into an Odyssey yet, it will probably go under one of the front seats. Ironically, we worked on a CRV today. Here is the article if you want to take a look at what is involved.
