Seriously, is it OK for the following on the exterior of the vehicle:

- Black grill
- Headlamps & tail lamps
- Vertical black strip on door
- Roof rack

Avoid textured plastics. I don't do the grill, the roof rack, the spoiler, the rockers or the splashguards.

I have done the the black door trim, the lights, my license plate, and the black rubber roof trim under the the roof rack. I also do the MacNeil bug deflector.

The rack looks like it would be ok to do but I just havn't take the time. Anyone else?

I've used Zaino Z-2 on everything (external) but the glass and rubber. The only reason I haven't tried it on the glass is because it has been treated with Rainx; when I'm sure the Rainx is gone, it'll get Z-2 too. Others (including Sal Zaino) have said they use it on "everything."

I'm thinking that a smooth, slippery wife isn't such a bad thing in some situations. You're scaring me with the llamas though. Probably scaring poor ol' Llarry too.
