We're still in a lovely honeymoon phase with our RRP EX! One rather strange thing has my curiosity. When pulling down the passenger side arm rest, it drops down a good 15-20 degrees past the expected horizontal position. My arm sort of rolls off as a result. Is this just a quirky design? The driver side looks as it it stops out at 90 degrees. Is there an adjustment?

The angle of the passenger armrest is fixed relative to the passenger seatback.

Tilt the seat forwards and backwards to see how it works.

Put both seats upright and see if the armrests are the same. I saw one at a dealer where the drivers armrest must have been jumped on by a gorilla. If I had to guess, I'd say it was the guys that put in the aftermarket leather.

I have tilted the seatback on the passenger side into more of a recling mode than the driver's side. Given the 'reverse angle' of the passenger side arm rest, it sounds as if maybe a gorilla might have messed with the vehicle prior to delivery. It's funny how you can inspect a vehicle pretty closely before delivery and still overlook something like this.
