In theory that would be easy, but in reality, murphy would show up, and while I am traveling for work the wife will call with a problem and she won't be taking the bumper off to remove the aftermarket cooler, hah. Much less, having to take the bumper off every time the vehicle goes into the dealer isn't really that convenient. thanks but ymmv.
The serious reply to your wise guy answer (since this thread can be searched for by others looking to install a cooler) is that the question about warranty coverage is certainly valid and should be investigated. I seriously doubt that a properly installed quality cooler would void the warranty in any way. There are some very solid aftermarket units out there available in different capacities for different applications, most at reasonable cost. The installation may not be as tight as the factory unit, but it's not like the cooler is something that everyone sees.
Now, the wise guy answer to the wise guy response is, don't be silly. For those worried about the cooler/warranty issue, you wouldn't need to remove the cooler prior to every dealer visit. Installation/removal requires removing the grill and plastic header panel, but not the bumper (at least not when I did mine). If you had a catastrophic failure, yep, you would be SOL if the cooler did void the warranty, but that's doubtful.
From the earlier exchanges, it sounds like you made up your mind about which way to go so there's not much any of us can do to contribute. And to your original question, if you want the Honda cooler and that's what Majestic is selling for the lowest price, why wouldn't you buy it? Yes, do the PS cooler, too...you're going to be in there anyways so do them both at once.
