One thing I noticed was when the dash toggle switch was set to the Sunlight symbol (not ON or OFF, but the middle), that the overhead driver side light by the sunroof area would not illuminate .... only the passenger side does. However if that dash toggle is set to ON, all interior lights light up and if you click the light manually it will turn on and off; Is it possible that either the dash toggle switch could be the problem or the driver side overhead switch be the problem? I will check the list above as well;

That's probably a separate issue. The switches in the light assembly go bad and cause those symptoms.
