I had a similar situation, and the below worked for my 2014 Odyssey:
1) set the power sliding door main switch to 'off'
2) disconnected the battery (only the negative terminal)
3) pumped the break pedal a few times, in case any residual current remaining
4) manually pushed and closed the sliding doors - I grabbed onto both the inner and the outer handles at the same time to pull & close both sliding doors. With decent momentum, both doors closed and latched.
5) re-connected the battery terminal
6) set the power sliding door main switch to 'on'
