I've had this strange problem as of lately. The blinker doesn't work sometimes when you turn it on (both left and right turns). If you press hard on the top of the steering column, just behind the steering wheel, it will sometimes make it work.

I've taken apart the steering column and nothing looks loose in the blinker assembly.

I'm curious if anyone else had ran into this.

2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L without fog lights or factory Auto Headlights (I did add the aftermarket Auto head lights, but this shouldn't interfere with the blinker as it connects elsewhere)

Well, not exactly. That other post is for steering wheel noise and clicking.

Mine makes no clicks at all, it just acts like a bad connection in the wiring. The blinker feels no different than before, it just doesn't blink. Pressing down on the plastic piece on top of the steering column seems to help to make it work. Oddly enough though, I take off the plastic to see if I can find a loose wire and it blinks fine. I put it back together and it may last 1 day it may last 2 weeks working just fine and then it quits working again.

I’m hoping someone else has seen this too?
