Our 2003 Ody will need brake pads soon front and rear and I am wondering what brand would be good for replacement ? I know all brake pads are NOT the same ...Also Does anyone know what company makes the pads for Honda ? THANK YOU ! Bob in Windy Michigan

OEM pads for the Ody are acutally not bad. Satisfied, Wagner, Bendix...they all make good pads. Just pick ceramic IMO, and personally I dont like the store brands.

I LOVE the oem pads. They last us 40k+ miles, are VERY easy on the rotors (still on factory rotors at 163k miles), and it is a complete kit (shims, clips and lubriplate).

Online at Majestic wasn't too bad either. $45, IIRC.

Stay away from el cheapos and don't bother with the rotors if they look good and the thickness measures within spec. Mine still look great at 130k.
