I would highly suggest replacing the entire slide door motor assembly 72010-tk8-305 and 72050-tk8-305. These kits come with the new motor, new cables, new control module, and new center slider.

If you buy just the center slider it will come with a new control module, but if the motor goes out or the cable breaks you will have to buy the entire slide door motor assembly anyways.
