I have a '06 EXL and when the front passenger window is down about 1-2" it makes a cracking/clicking sound when driving. Happens even on smooth roads. When I lower the window about 1/2 way and grab the glass and move it in and out with a little pressure, you can hear the cracking/clicking sound from the bottom of the window where it goes into the door. I read some posts where people have fixed the problem by spraying or lubricating the rubber channels for the window. On mine it doesn't seem to be coming from the window seals. It's definitely making the noise from the bottom of the window or inside the door. Has anyone noticed the same problem or know of a fix?

I have the same thing coming from my driver's side window, would love to know what the fix is.

I have a similar creaking sound, sounds like glass flexing. When my van was new it was nice and quiet, but now I hear creaking behind me (flexing of the sliding doors), glass creaking.

I haven't taken mine in yet, just putting it on hold for now until I can see if there is a fix for it. i would hate to take it in and have them take the door apart and make it worse than it is now.

It's the glass moving. Push down on it with your hand if it bothers you.
