crush washer dimensions

Could someone tell me the inner and outer diameters of the oil pan drain bolt crush washer? Also what is the Torque spec for this bolt?
I ordered a few of these in the past and they got mixed with a few other washers I have and need to identify. The oil change shop put some sort of rubber washer and I dont know if it is causing a leak.

Not exactly everything you asked for, but this is from my notes:
90471-PX4-000 = ATF drain plug washer (18mm)
11107-PWA-300 = ATF fill plug washer (24mm)
94109-14000 = oil drain plug washer (14mm)
All measurements are ID.

Oil drain plug torque to 39 N-m.

And if I had to guess on the other dimensions, I'll say 2mm thick and 22mm OD.

Yep, 14mm ID. I use Dornan 095-015.

Torque is 29 lb/ft or 39 n/m.

BTW, don't go back to that shop that put on a rubber washer. They are fools.
