If anyone is looking to install a derale transmission cooler kit DO Not use the supplied 3/8" hose union. The Etrailer instructions used it but no matter what i did i could not get it to stop leaking. Either get a quality hose union from an auto parts store or get a longer hose and run it to the hard line back to the transmission. I wound up doing the union since i had already cut my hoses to length. The best way would be to have the longer hose. One less place for potential leaks.
Hopes this helps someone.

Forgot to mention the cooler itself is a great product.

I went with TruCool and bought extra ATF rated hose. The kit came with line but I went heavier just because I wanted to do this once, and only once. ;)

I used one of the hoses from the OEM filter for my "bend" to the Magnefine filter I installed too.

Thanks for the info though, I'm sure it will help someone!
