Do I have 2013 touring or touring Elite ?

No vacuum in the 2013. I think that was the 2014. I have the 2013 Elite and there is no badging for it. In fact, when you pull the VIN from CarFax it comes up as a "Touring/Touring Elite".

Principle differences are the HIDs and the double-wide screen. The double-wide screen was designed to allow two video inputs to play side-by-side. Your second hook-ups are in the third row.
