I've yet had any honda or acura dealer wash my car when it's in for service

one thing that soured me on my acura dealer was one time i made an appointment and when i get there my appointment was lost and they had no loaners.

so they gave me a an old legend that was filthly inside with the a/c broken. at 4pm they call me at work to tell me that they didn't get to my car to leave it another day. i said no way i'm driving that legend another day.

had to make another appointment to come back another day. i now avoid them like the plague and do all my work at my local Honda dealer, except for recalls. that honda dealer is pretty good. they even have wifi and dsl connections.
