Is there a main cabin feed circuit breaker on these cars? On occasion the headlights dim, then get bright then ALL electrical goes dark for a micro second like a breaker tripped and reset, the nav resets, the guages reset, everything. Is there any wiring that rubs or gives issues on these cars, could it be the headlight switch, do not know if it is related but the overhead interior lights no longer work either.

Check the battery terminals for corrosion or terminals being loose and then get the battery tested. Once you complete those two then check fuses for overhead lights and ensure that the master switch on the dash is not OFF.
