Am I being too picky? When my engine runs; I used to not be able to hear it. Now I can hear what almost sounds like a belt rotating. Minor quibble I suppose but I don't like the fact that I didn't hear it before and now it has this rhytmic whoo whoo whoo sound.

and it only seems audible to me; but I can just 'feel' when something is different with the engines or tires of my vehicle. I guess I'm tuned into stuff like that too well.

Maybe you have a nest of owls under the hood, Hee! Hee! Seriously, all things age and what you hear may not be anything amiss. I think most motors take on some new sounds as they get a little older and, as long as nothing seems wrong with the performance and the noise does not become progressively louder, you should not have a problem. If in doubt, have a tech lend an educated ear to it. Good luck.....
