Hi folks,

I took my 2011 EX in to fix the creaking noise at low speeds.
The service rep advised the issue was fixed and that they washed the car as well.

The next morning I noticed a glue like substance on the hood, bumper and roof of the car.
Would this have been the same chemical they used to fix the creaking issue ?
What recourse do i have now that this chemical is blotched in certain areas of the car ?

I Knew they would not have washed the car out of the goodness of there hart.. they where trying to get
rid of the crap they got on the car.

Ya that is bad workmanship for the service guys. I understand if it is a little spot but you mentioned its in certain areas of the van. Make them remove it.

Is the "glue" already hardened? Or is it goey to the touch?

The only material used is silicone grease (Shin-Etsu Grease is the name) to lubricate the area. A wet wipe should do
