today driving down the street a stupid driver cut in front of me, make a sharp right turn while i am on the left lane, hit my front bumper. both right side fender and bumper are damaged.
went to body shop to had a estimate for $1950. what a bad day. :frown:

Probably not going to make you feel any better, but my wife's 2011 Elite was hit from behind by some fool driving up on a red light. About $1800.00 damage. No sheet metal involved, but it's still a pisser. With 1300 miles on it! The repair looks good, but I got to figure out the "diminished value" thing and go after her insurance again.

Yup, it definitely hurts the value if you ever want to sell it / trade it in. Fortunately it's just a bumper so more than likely nobody will know.
