Nope I don't think there is a difference. The grade and quality of the leather is exactly the same. Note that the leather portions of the seat are only where your legs, butt and back touch the seat. The edge and sides of the seats are all leatherette.

The touring has two seat memory positions versus one for the EX-L. That's about it.

IMHO, the leather unit to unit is not very consistent, take a good look at the exact van you are interested in. I noted one piece of the passenger seat to the dealer just in case it wear or tears early, want it recorded from the beginning that it appears to be a subpar cut on one piece.
