IIRC, tthere is a difference in the grade of leather between these two models.
Nope I don't think there is a difference. The grade and quality of the leather is exactly the same. Note that the leather portions of the seat are only where your legs, butt and back touch the seat. The edge and sides of the seats are all leatherette.

The touring has two seat memory positions versus one for the EX-L. That's about it.

I have an EX-L and don't see a memory position switch in my van. Which is odd because my 2005 Acura TL has it.

I guess technically if you never moved the seat that could be considered one memory position, but a 2nd would be helpful as my wife and I are not the same height.
I just checked the 2011 Odyssey's specifications on the Honda website. The Touring/Touring Elite get two seat memory positions that are coordinated with the kets (i.e key 1, key 2). All other trims get nothing.

So it's one of those you have to upgrade to get options!
