did anybody replaced it? wondering how difficult this is. part is like 20 usd. can't find any instructions how to do it on odyssey

For me, the fuel door became increasing hard to pop open before finally breaking so there was warning signs. I ended up having to remove all the panels on the driver side (they just pop off no fasteners) and you have to replace the cable starting from the rear going to the front. You have to twist the housing to remove from the fuel door (see pics). Took me a few hours and the hardest part is fishing the cable through the seat belt area. My cable broke right behind the pull handle.
