It's inside the fuel tank.

 

Fuel filters are normally outside or am I wrong???

 

Used to be, not anymore. They are generally considered "lifetime" parts these days.

So stuttering on my odessey due to fuel pressure regulator?
But where it is located on 2015?

 

Get ready for the same story! Your Odyssey uses a returnless fuel system, so the fuel pressure regulator is also located inside the fuel tank on the same assembly as the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel level sensor.

Do you have a check engine light? If so, what codes? How does the stuttering feel? If you see the RPMs oscillate ~2 times a second during normal acceleratiion, that's a transmission issue (get the fluid changed ASAP). If it feels like power drops randomly, that is probably a fouled spark plug issue (secondarily caused by the VCM system - lots of reading up to do on that).

Car stutters and then start after
3 seconds. Also, my sliding doors sometimes have no power and so does my trunk.
This all started due to my car stuttering last week.
Somebody told me it is a grounding issue...

Check the obvious first, the battery.

 

Battery is good.
I checked battery before, it was 12.6
and after ignition 14.6.
Mechanic said some kind of ground fault.

 

The only way to really check a battery is to have a load test done. If it is the original, it is probably done.
