Odyssey does have Double-Din opening, not 1.75 Din. I have a Pioneer Double-Din FH-P95 headunit in my Odyssey. Unfortunately, nobody makes Double-Din radio kit, you have to fabricate your own using ABS Plastic.

You don't need to buy any mounting kit, you'll reuse the brackets that are currently used to hold the headunit and pocket/cassette player.
There will be a 3/8" gap around the headunit once installed, that's why you need to use ABS plastic to cover the gap.
