Good price on 2001 EX?

Don't own an Odyssey yet, but twins have forced us to sell the CR-V and look for a van. Found a 2001 EX that the dealers wife drove this year. Taffeta white. 8,000 miles. All service records. They want 24,900. Is this a good price? Thanks. Chuck

Dealer gave me $23,400 for a '00 EX with 27000 miles. He is asking $26,900 for it on the lot in Rockford, IL.

That seems like an ok price to me, but I would offer less just for the fun of it.
Compared to the prices I've seen in Iowa, that's an AWESOME price and I'd take it in a second assuming the vehicle is in as good a shape as the mileage suggests.

Current owner of a 01'. That seems like a very solid price, however it's always somthing that can be negoiated. We love ours and get great gas milage. It's also the only car that we have ever owned that did not have to go back to the dealer.
I pick it up next Wednesday. Since it was a cash deal, I went back with a pretty set price in mind. Bottom line, got the van with for 26,000 out the door. Inlcudes the tax, paperwork fee and the bug deflector. Means I actually paid 24046 for a like new van. Prtty good deal since no one up here in KC is dealing and a 2001 or 2002 would have been over 29000 out the door. Thanks for the advice. Now I get to turn it over to my wife and girls who will probably trash it.
