I have done searches but could not find good info.

All of my remotes have new batteries. First thing in the morning it takes several trys to even get the driver's door to unlock. Just a couple hours later, I can operate the system from 100' away with no problems. Any ideas?

The GPS takes several tries to boot up. I have cleaned the disk a couple times and it seems to help a little. Is there a cleaning disk for DVS's, that might help?

Thanks, Gene

Alvarado, I took your advice and bought a CD lens cleaner disk. Seems to have cleaned up the problems. Thanks.

We named our GPS "Gypsy" so we can talk back to her when she goofs up, like "NO Gypsy, we are NOT going that way" etc. Great device.

Still having serious problems with the remotes, especially early in the morning. Am I the only one that has to try 5-10 time to get in my van? One remote is new and still has the same problem. Where do I start?

Still having the same remote lock problem. Seems to be temperature related. I live in San Diego. Mornings here are about 50+. By noon, the systems seems to work OK. Where is the antenna that receives the remote signals? Is this possibly a connection problem. Where can I clean contacts etc. This remote entry thing is really bugging me. Frequently, I can't even get into my own Odyssey.
