I've got a 2003 Odyssey, 120,000 miles...while rotating the tires, I noticed a little bit of grease around the rubber boot at the tranny...wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, what did you do to repair the problem?

The CV boot at the axle has probably cracked or split. Check the boot to see if it is cracking or has a split in it. If it does then you'll need to have the boot or axle replaced.
