I’ve seen in other forums that this green flashing key light means we’re likely have issues with our keys. It’s weird, because neither key (we have 2) seems to work, and nothing changed to spark the issue.

simultaneously, the running lights won’t turn off even after we turn the van off.

two separate issues, or related?

it’s a 2010. 100k miles. Otherwise runs great.

How old it the battery? Odysseys consume batteries in 3-4 years. There are so many electronics that the battery must be perfect.
By "running lights" are you referring to the auto off headlights? Do they turn off with the switch?
