Stupid me left wires exposed. They shorted out.
No power to windows' no intermitted wipers. No dash guages no reverse lights can't shift out of park.

I've changed fuses for Windows and backup lights. Replaced few other fuses aswell. Need to fix it ASAP as I already ran out of gas once and had to walk my ass ! Lol

Well, the common denominator of all those symptoms is fuse #9 10A in the driver side fuse box.

If you have already replaced it, maybe it blew again? i.e. short still exists?

Yes that was it. Did it last night. I was almost ready to get new bcm when buddy texted number 9 fuse. Crazy.

Thanks!

OK, 'back up' is stated in each of those locations and I don't know why, but the one in the Drivers side dash does say 'back up lights', which makes it strange that Honda would label the others that way,
Glad you got it working.
You can dl a free users manual for your Ody online which has the fuses listed.
The fuses are listed on pages 327 and 328 in the 2001 owners manual.
