Trevor (HandA) appears to still be in business. There doesn't seem to be any explanation forthcoming from him why he hasn't been responding in a timely manner recently to e-mails and/or his toll free telephone number.

After making a call to the dealership where they are located and a talk with the Parts Manager, he seems to have gotten back to work.

Because Honda had back ordered parts I ordered last Friday, he sent the order by UPS Second Day Air at no additional shipping charges above normal UPS. The order arrived today, which is about what it would have done if he had the parts in stock.

This is the kind of service I have received from him for the past 2+ years; i.e. EXCELLENT. Hopefully, it won't stumble again. DUTCH

Looks like he is either angry or upset! Doesn't respond to e-mail inquiries after 5 days or cuts the phone half way. Sounded rude to me!

WHY?

My parts are backorded which are 02 cupholders for 01 model. I had to find time during 9 - 2 PST to get to him.

If you're not getting a good response, I can give you the phone number of the dealership. Talking to the Parts Manager seemd to break the log jam for me.

(Of course, one shouldn't have to go through all that kind of hassle in order to do business with them.)
