Has anyone see the message "Warning: Approaching Object" on your 2019 Odyssey? Not sure what triggered it, but it was stuck on until I power-cycled the car. So, what triggers it?

Was someone walking in front of your van? I don't recall seeing anyone near mine. My van had no stickers or dirt on it -- it was washed 2 days prior.Someone walks close to my van it comes on
Mine points an arrow in the direction of the object. I don't see an arrow on the picture. That part has me confused.Someone walks close to my van it comes on

Mine is the 2019 touring model (highest model in Canada). Maybe it's a Canadian thing? Now you have me second guessing myself. Perhaps I'm confused, it tells me the direction of people walking towards me or cars approaching when I reverse.Hi Pjones. Which year and trim do you have? Mine is 2019 EXL and I didn't know it had that feature.

Question for the OP, were you in drive or in reverse when this occurred?

Yours actually shows the front passenger side bumper sensor is the one in alarm. Were you parked close to a curb or an object that may have triggered it? Mine will go off if I pull into a stall and the curb is too high. There is a picture on the original post.
Just got the same message on a Canadian 2018 EX-L today --> View attachment 143927
My third day on the car. This sucks.
There's something else that would be of benefit to this forum (besides fixing all the other deficiencies). Add a mandatory field in the Profile area where we must specify year and model. With so many trim levels, options, and country dependency, it’s often difficult to answer a question accurately.Which year and trim do you have? Mine is 2019 EXL and I didn't know it had that feature.
Rainy day, and it kept constantly going off whenever the vehicle stopped motion along my 45 minute commute. Clearing it wheel controls (as instructed on the driver display) did not help. Putting it into Park did not help. Turning off the engine did not help. But turning it all off, exiting, and locking doors seemed to "reboot" the car .. it's been fine since then even although we had another rainy day. Seems like a software bug.Yours actually shows the front passenger side bumper sensor is the one in alarm. Were you parked close to a curb or an object that may have triggered it? This looks like over-active right front corner parking sensor. There is a picture on the original post.
